Return and Refund Policy of Digital Products and Virtual Services
Any app, web, design, e-books and/or other similar virtual/digital products can be exchanged within 10 days of purchase, without any additional charges or conditions; provided the sent files, programs or their codes, passwords or links are found corrupted, damaged, incomplete or inaccessible.
Any app, web, design, e-books and/or other similar virtual/digital products can be returned and refunded within 10 days of purchase; provided the visual or textual content material inside purchased item(s) do not clearly match the descriptions of the client’s request.
You can also claim a fresh copy of purchased design, e-books and/or similar virtual/digital product within 10 days of purchase; provided you have not accessed and received it due to valid technical reason associated to internet, server, website, mailbox or downloading.
Third Party’s app, web, graphical elements, icons or designs cannot be exchanged, returned or refunded, as they are not directly sold by ‘AtlanTech Global’.
However, you can duly claim a fresh copy of purchased app, web, graphical elements, icons or designs of ‘Third Party’ within 10 days of purchase; provided you have not accessed and received it due to any valid technical reason associated to internet, server, website, mailbox or downloading.
In said above cases of Third Party purchase; please update us via call or email. If your complaint is found valid, then a fresh copy of virtual/digital products shall be re-sent to you. However, the resent item will be similar, what you ordered earlier.
For any issue regarding money transfer, please follow the terms and conditions, and return and refund policy of your bank, financial institution, credit/debit card and online payment system.
For the transactions, the company clearly indicates mode of payments along with required information (with the offered products and services).
The mode of payment includes, but not limited to, valid Credit/Debit Card, Mobile Payment, Visa Card, and Master Card, through secured payment gateways.
Return and Refund Policy of Physical and Non-Digital Products
At present, no physical goods and/or non-digital products are listed at ‘AtlanTech Global’ site for online shopping.
